Trial Terms of Service

Northlight grants Customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the service during the trial period solely for internal evaluation purposes.

The service enables users to initiate actions within applications they have access to. The service operates within the context of the user’s authenticated sessions and executes actions based on user-initiated requests.

Northlight processes data necessary to provide the service, including user prompts, outputs, and limited metadata. Additional details are described in Northlight’s Data Protection Overview.

Customer is responsible for ensuring users have appropriate authorization to access and use connected systems, reviewing actions initiated through the service, and complying with applicable laws and policies.

Customer will not use the service for unlawful purposes, attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data, or use the service in a manner that could harm others or degrade the service.

The service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis during the trial. Northlight makes no guarantees regarding uptime, performance, or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Northlight will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Northlight’s total liability during the trial will not exceed $100.

Either party may terminate the trial at any time for any reason. Upon termination, Customer must stop using the service.

Each party agrees to use the other party’s non-public information solely for evaluation purposes and not disclose it to third parties.

These Terms are governed by the State of Delaware.
