What are credits?
Credits are how Northlight measures usage. Each action — like updating a CRM record, sending a message, or enriching a contact — costs a small number of credits. Most tasks use 10-20 credits.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When you upgrade, you get immediate access to the new plan's features and credits. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
What happens if I run out of credits?
You can purchase additional credits or upgrade your plan at any time. Your existing automations won't be interrupted mid-task.
Is there a free trial?
We offer a free onboarding session where we set up your first workflows together. This way you can see exactly how Northlight works with your stack before committing.
Do unused credits roll over?
Credits reset each billing cycle and don't roll over. We designed the plans so you have plenty of headroom for your usage level.
